Paul takes Howard out for a night on the town to blow off some steam. Dr. Bong, as usual, is devising a scheme to take out Howard the Duck. But Beverly is determined she has had just about enough.

Howard attends a party held by socialite Iris Raritan which gets held up by THE RINGMASTER and His CIRCUS OF CRIME! The unwitting Duck gets abducted and forced to perform for Ringmaster's show!
